A Journey from "Coping" to Connection

For a long time, I thought the way I felt was just normal: the stress, the overthinking, always holding everything together for everyone else.

I didn’t realize how disconnected I’d become because I thought that was simply what life was supposed to feel like. And honestly… when I first stepped into this work, it wasn’t even for me.

I started learning about the nervous system, Spinal Flow and breathwork because I genuinely wanted to help other people. I could see how many people around me were struggling silently beneath the surface, and I felt deeply called to support them.

At the time, I didn’t think I needed help myself. But somewhere along the journey, something shifted.

I’m a mum to six children and part of a beautifully messy blended family of nine children altogether— and like many blended families, we’ve experienced both incredible love and very real challenges along the way.

Life has stretched me in ways I never expected. I’ve lived through periods of depression, emotional overwhelm, survival mode, and moments where I felt completely disconnected from myself underneath the responsibilities of life, business, motherhood, relationships, and constantly being needed by others.

From the outside, I looked like I was coping. But internally, my nervous system was exhausted. The more I learned about the body and nervous system, the more I began to understand that so many of the things I had experienced weren’t because I was broken, weak, or failing.

My body has simply been carrying too much for too long. And for the first time in my life, I experienced what it felt like to slow down enough to actually listen to it.

Not through force.
Not through “trying harder.”
But through safety, connection, and learning how to work with my body instead of against it.
That experience changed my life.

I believe the body is always communicating. Often, physical symptoms of stress are not the problem— they are vital messages from a dysregulated nervous system asking to be heard. My role as a somatic practitioner is to hold a safe, grounded space to help your body feel secure enough to do what it already knows how to do: heal.

  • Every person’s experience is unique because every nervous system has its own story. My sessions are entirely body-led, ensuring we work at a pace that feels safe for you. You don’t need to perform or 'get it right'—you are supported exactly as you are.

  • By working with your body’s innate wisdom, Spinal Flow helps release stored physical and emotional blockages, restoring healthy communication within the nervous system from the inside out. This is a gentle, touch-based modality that encourages the 'Spinal Wave' to move through the body, signaling deep safety and release.

  • 9D Breathwork works directly with your physiology to guide the body out of survival states (fight/flight/freeze) and back into a state of regulation. Using 9D multi-dimensional sound and specific breathing patterns, we help the nervous system release long-held trauma and restore your capacity for joy and presence.
